Free Radar Template from Peter Wiggins

Peter Wiggins has come up with a new free template, this time a very cool radar effect. Check it out here, where you can also find his 5 other great templates. Note that the template was created with Universal Binaries so you'll need Motion version 2.1.1 or higher to run it - but it should run on both PowerPC and Intel Macs. Thanks, Peter!
