The Audio Parameter Behavior

Last night I had the opportunity to be a guest lecturer at Expression College for Digital Arts. The class is about creating live digital performance art, and I discussed how to use Motion's MIDI and Audio parameter behaviors to create audio-driven animation. What I love about teaching is that I get some focussed experimentation time when I prepare - Motion's audio behavior is fantastically powerful and I found some great new ways to animate with it. I highly recommend you check it out yourself. You can find a little primer video here.

That is so cool. I often get frustrated with Apple's documentation, because I feel like it says, "You can do this fantastic thing with this software," and it describes how awesome it is to the nth detail, and then I'm left thinking, "Great, but how????" I found your tutorial online after getting frustrated with trying to make this work. You really made it very clear and easy. I had my problem solved and a great animation finished in minutes. Thanks!!!
